Before installation

Request the current installation guide and warranty. Confirm the subfloor, moisture testing, site conditions, installation method and any required accessories with your installer. Manufacturer instructions for one collection should not be applied to another by assumption.

After installation

Keep the product identification and care guide with your project records. For wood floors, NWFA recommends routine dust removal and prompt spill cleanup, and advises against wet or steam mopping. Always follow the care guidance for the exact finish and product.
